Interfacing Techniques:  Effective interfacing in the workplace is more than basic interpersonal communication.  It also includes listening, providing feedback, asking questions, familiarity with communication styles, as well as observing nonverbals and other communication clues.  Professionals in many disciplines can enhance their organizational effectiveness by improving their ability to interact with peers, subordinates, and superiors.  Learn how to enhance interfacing situations by aligning communication styles as well as developing techniques to contribute to successful professional interactions.
